Detailed rules for implementation of Kede Auto product warranty service

1、 Warranty items
Keti (Tianjin) Automobile Co., Ltd. promises that if it is confirmed that there are material or manufacturing quality defects in some modified parts of the vehicle within the specified time period or driving mileage, the labor hours and material costs for repairing or replacing parts shall be borne by the company, except for the problems listed in "non warranty items".
New car warranty period:
1. V260 Weiting (according to the warranty policy of Fujian Benz Automobile Co., Ltd.) 24 months or 60000 km (whichever comes first).
2. Parallel import V250 Vito Metris (implemented in accordance with the third-party warranty policy) for 24 months or 60000 km (whichever comes first).
This warranty applies to the parts of the whole vehicle. The new vehicle warranty starts from the delivery of the modified vehicle to each sales outlet (subject to the invoice date).

2、 Non warranty items 
1. All quality problems occurred after installation of non genuine parts and accessories of the company or repair or maintenance by manufacturers other than the company's special maintenance station.  
2. Parts cost and man hour cost incurred during regular maintenance according to the provisions of this manual.  
3. Routine maintenance services, such as wheel balance and alignment, engine adjustment, headlight adjustment, lubricant and coolant replacement, as well as normal wear and aging of vulnerable and consumable parts, such as glass, horn, belt, bulb, fuse, spark plug, clutch disc, brake pad, filter, wiper blade and rubber products. Specific provisions: the provisions on the release of basic models shall prevail.  
4. Damage and failure caused by the following reasons:  
4.1 improper use, accident, theft or fire by users.  
4.2 the fuel, oil or lubricant used is incorrect or unclean.  
4.3 failure to use, maintain and maintain correctly in accordance with the relevant provisions of the operation manual and warranty policy.
4.4 improper modification or repair.
4.5 problems caused by gravel splash, chemical dust, tree sap, salt, storm, hail, lightning or other adverse environment;  
4.6 failure to repair in the company's special maintenance station.  
5. Normal wear of interior trim, paint or other appearance parts.  
6. Vehicles whose actual mileage cannot be confirmed due to the change of odometer reading.  
7. Indirect economic losses caused by warranty.  
8. The original state of the damaged parts is not protected before the user puts forward the quality warranty.  
9. Damage caused by force majeure, such as man-made intentional damage or war, riot, etc.  
10. The company will not guarantee the bad feeling that meets the national standards or enterprise standards. 

3、 Warranty of original battery 
The warranty period is 6 months from the date when the vehicle leaves the factory
